Metallica are James Hatfield,Kirk Hammet,Robert Trujillo and Lars Urich.They grew up in California in the USA.
The style of the band is metal but the drummer likes the singer,Pink.
James Hatfield plays guitar and is in the vocals.Kirk Hammet is a guitar player.The bass player is Robert Trujillo and the drummer is Lars Urich.
In 2008 they had released the album Death Magneric before they went on to tour in Brazil.
They called off a concert in USA because the former bass player had been run over and killed by the band bus.
The band has carried on being sucessful after the bass plyesr's death.
